Holly and I had our first trip away from the kids. We had this to look forward to for almost a year as Holly’s best friend Cat (Neko) told us the great news… that she was getting married.. and doing it in Mexico. Holly’s mom flew down to San Angelo and we flew to Cancun to spend an all-inclusive four days at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in Riviera Maya. After two days of laying in the sun alternating from pool to beach and from in-pool bar to beachside bar, we were both well rested and very tan. The wedding itself caused some anxiety as ominous clouds lurked out to sea, but they didn’t make it ashore and the ceremony was wonderful. My wife, of course, looked oustanding despite her fears of being a bridesmaid at 6 months pregnant.

Neko is Holly’s best friend from high school and she married a wonderful man named Wilson. We’re so happy they met because now they’re like family! Congratulations, greatest of luck, and thank you for the vacation!!!
