Ingredients:
1 3/4 c – flour
1 tsp – baking soda
1/2 tsp – salt
1 1/4 c – brown sugar
1 c – butter
1/2 c – sugar
2 – eggs
2 Tbsp – milk
2 tsp – vanilla
2 c – chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
2 1/2 c – quick oats
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Separately mix brown sugar, butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla to the sugar mixture. Slowly mix in the flour mixture. Finally, add the chocolate chips and oats. Cook for 9 to 10 minutes in 350 degree, pre-heated oven.
This can be mixed by hand, but a kitchen mixer works so much faster!
